Birthday Celebration
Tuesday, March 17, was Resident Gail’s birthday and to celebrate, her family came dressed in St. Patrick’s Day attire and son-in-law Steve played Happy Birthday on his accordion while the family sang along. Following recent mandated protocol, the family members stayed outside the main entrance of Mullen Home and Gail was strategically placed inside the main lobby area so she could be seen by her family during this special time.
Inside with Gail were Sisters, other Residents and Staff members who sang along with the family and even danced around Gail in the lobby area.
The celebration lasted only a few minutes, but spirits were high and bursting with happiness as we enjoyed a good time, even during the tough times.
