Our Residents are from a variety of ethnic backgrounds. We love to eat and celebrate our various heritages, so on October 24th and 25th, we celebrated our German folks by cooking an entire meal of German food. We had German pork chops with sauerkraut, German fried apples, mashed potatoes, German rolls and cinnamon swirl kuchen.
What a great day of sharing!
